Air-Pot root-aerating and air-pruning plant pots

Air-Pot uses a profiled perforated wall that directs root tips toward openings in the container. When the root tip reaches the surrounding air, its extension is naturally limited, encouraging the plant to produce additional lateral root branching.

The open-wall design supports air exchange and rapid drainage. UltraGrow currently offers original Air-Pot containers from 3 to 39 litres, providing options for both young and larger plants.

When is an Air-Pot useful?

It is well suited to growing methods where substrate aeration, drainage and reduction of root circling against smooth container walls are important.
