CARE AND USE

The MW802 PRO combi meter includes both the pH and EC sensors in the integrated SE600 probe. All pH sensors have a limited life and response times increase with age. EC sensors are more robust, but the build-up of debris can have an effect on them. Both require maintenance. Proper probe maintenance will ensure fast and accurate results for longer. So remember to order the pH Maitenance kit. This will be needed to clean and condition the pH / EC electrode before use!

Here are our top four tips.

1. Always store with a screw cap full of buffer or MA9015 storage solution, not water.
2. Regularly clean the probe by immersing it in MA9016 cleaning solution.
3. Calibrate after cleaning and / or storage prior to testing to accommodate changes in pH and EC sensor.
4. Gently swirl the probe in the sample for a faster result.
